• Laiharee Lda (Timor-Leste) acts as the local service provider engaging with users 

• Drivers are independent contractors, not employees 

3. Nature of the Platform

We provide a technology platform that:

• Connects passengers with drivers 

• Facilitates ride booking and payments 

We do not provide transportation services directly.

4. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information 

• Maintain account security 

• Be responsible for all activities under your account 

5. Booking and Payments

• Fares are calculated based on platform pricing 

• Payments may be processed via third-party providers 

• Cancellation fees may apply 

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform unlawfully 

• Harass drivers or passengers 

• Provide false information 

• Interfere with the platform 

7. Driver Terms (Summary)

Drivers:

• Operate as independent contractors 

• Are responsible for licensing, insurance, and compliance 

• Must meet platform standards 

8. Ratings and Feedback

We may use ratings to:

• Maintain service quality 

• Suspend or terminate accounts 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses 

• We do not guarantee availability or uninterrupted service 

• We are not responsible for driver conduct 

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Laiharee Group against claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform 

• Your breach of these terms 

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are breached 

• There is suspected fraud or misconduct 

• Required by law 

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology remain the property of Laiharee Group.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
