Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation within 2 minutes of booking 
• Cancellation fee applies after this period 
• No-show fees apply if passenger is not at pickup 
• Drivers may cancel for safety or operational reasons 

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in limited cases:

Eligible:

• Ride did not occur 
• Incorrect or duplicate charges 
• Major service failure
  

Not Eligible:

• Change of mind 
• Traffic delays 
• Surge pricing dissatisfaction
  

Refunds may be processed:

• Back to original payment method, or 
• As app credits
